Summary

I. – Après le mot : « administrative », supprimer la fin de l’alinéa 2. II. – En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 12 par la phrase suivante : « L’autorité administrative compétente fixe le montant de cette amende en pourcentage du chiffre d’affaires de l’année où les faits ont eu lieu. Elle ne peut cependant excéder 2 % de ce dernier. »
