Summary

Après l’alinéa 13, insérer les trois alinéas suivants : « Art. L. 115‑11‑1. – Par dérogation à l’article L. 115‑11, la restitution mentionnée à l’article L. 115‑10 peut porter sur un bien ayant fait l’objet d’une demande reçue par la France avant l’entrée en vigueur de la loi n° du relative à la restitution de biens culturels provenant d’États qui, du fait d’une appropriation illicite, en ont été privés. « Lorsque la commission prévue à l’article L. 430‑1‑1 se réunit dans le cadre de la procédure de restitution mentionnée à l’article L. 115‑10 pour un bien répondant aux critères mentionnés au premier alinéa, les membres mentionnés aux 4° et 6° de l’article L. 430‑1‑2 exercent leurs fonctions à titre bénévole. « La restitution prévue par cet article n’est pas mise à la charge de l’État. »
