Compléter l’alinéa 5 par la phrase suivante : « À cet effet également, l’État se donne pour objectif, d’une part, de faciliter l’accès au foncier agricole notamment en développant les structures de portage foncier agricole d’intérêt général, qui s’entend d’un portage au caractère non spéculatif, orienté vers des systèmes productifs agroécologiques, dont l’agriculture biologique, fournissant un appui durable aux exploitants agricoles dans le respect de leur autonomie et dont la gestion est désintéressée, et d’autre part, de s’assurer que le cadre normatif, fiscal et les financements publics, dont ceux associés au fonds « Entrepreneurs du vivant », privilégient ce type de portage foncier. »
