Summary

Le code monétaire et financier est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa du I et au II bis de l’article L. 112‑6, les mots : « ou au moyen de monnaie électronique » sont supprimés ; 2° La section 1 du chapitre V du titre I er du livre III est complétée par un article L. 315-3-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 315-3-1 . – La monnaie électronique est reconnue comme monnaie à part entière et dissociée des monnaies fiduciaires et scripturales. »
