Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 3 par les deux phrases suivantes : « Par dérogation, ces dispositions ne s’appliquent pas lorsque la victime ou la partie civile a fait connaître au préalable et à tout moment de la procédure son souhait de ne pas bénéficier de cette information. La victime est informée qu’elle peut faire connaître, à tout moment de la procédure, son souhait de ne pas être informée. » II. – En conséquence, supprimer l’alinéa 5.
