Summary

Après le premier alinéa, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Avant le dernier alinéa de l’article L. 917‑1, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La prise en charge par l’État de la rémunération des accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap des heures de travail effectuées lors du temps de pause méridienne ne devra pas entraîner de perte de revenu pour ces derniers. Le niveau de revenu de référence pris en compte pour chaque accompagnant d’élève en situation de handicap est celui qui était effectif à la date d’entrée en vigueur de cette prise en charge par l’État. »
