Summary

Substituer aux alinéas 2 à 12 les deux alinéas suivants : « Art. L. 174‑4‑1. – Lorsqu’il existe un contrat de délégation ou toute autre convention de gestion des parkings des établissements publics de santé, le coût de la gratuité du stationnement mentionné à l’article L. 1112‑3-1 du code de la santé publique est entièrement pris en charge par les personnes morales de droit privé à but lucratif. Aucune compensation ou indemnité ne peut être versée au titre du principe de gratuité du stationnement par l’établissement public de santé. « Les contrats en cours au jour de la promulgation de la loi n° du sont mis en conformité avec la loi dans un délai d’un an. Cette adaptation est justifiée par un motif d’intérêt général impérieux et ne peut constituer un motif de résiliation. Aucune indemnité ne peut être exigée du fait de la mise en conformité prévue à l’article L. 1112‑3-1 du code de la santé publique. »
