Summary

Après l’alinéa 12, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Sans préjudice des autres sanctions encourues, en cas de manquement aux obligations prévues au présent I, l’autorité administrative en charge de la répression des fraudes peut ordonner une mesure d’interdiction de fabrication ou de mise sur le marché ou une mesure de retrait du marché des produits. L’autorité administrative compétente peut ordonner la destruction des produits illégaux. Les dépenses correspondantes sont mises à la charge du fabricant. »
