Rétablir cet article dans la rédaction suivante : « Dans un délai d’un an à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur le mode de financement des maisons d’accompagnement mentionnées à l’article L. 34‑10‑1 du code de l’action sociale et des familles. Ce rapport fait des recommandations afin que les dépenses de ces maisons soient prises en charge sous la forme d’une dotation globale versée par l’agence régionale de santé territorialement compétente et de tarifs établis et versés sur le fondement de prestations d’hospitalisation et de soins déterminées par un décret pris après avis de la Haute Autorité de santé. »
