L. 1111‑6‑2 . – Lorsqu’une personne majeure est dans l’impossibilité partielle ou totale de s’exprimer, une communication alternative et améliorée est mise en place afin de rechercher l’expression de son consentement éclairé pour toutes les décisions qui la concernent. Quand cela est possible, ces dispositifs, y compris technologiques, permettant une expression non verbale sont considérés comme ayant la même valeur juridique que l’expression verbale directe dans l’appréciation de la volonté. »
