Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 5 : « 18° Les maisons d’accompagnement, qui sont un lieu d’hébergement pour des patients en fin de vie dont l’état médical est stabilisé mais qui nécessitent toujours des soins techniques et spécialisés et pour lesquels le retour à domicile n’est pas envisageable pour des raisons médicales, organisationnelles, sociales ou psychologiques ou par choix du patient ou de son entourage. Ces maisons sont également un lieu de répit temporaire pour les aidants afin de lutter contre leur épuisement dans l’accompagnement de la fin de vie. Elles relèvent d’établissements de droit public ou de droit privé à but non lucratif. »
