Summary

Substituer à l’alinéa 2 les trois alinéas suivants : « L’urbanisation en zone de montagne s’effectue en continuité des bourgs, villages, hameaux et agglomérations existants. « Elle ne peut être regardée comme continue que lorsqu’elle s’inscrit dans le tissu urbain existant ou en extension immédiate de celui-ci, sans création de ruptures d’urbanisation ni de mitage des espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers. « Toute dérogation au principe de continuité est strictement exceptionnelle et doit être dûment justifiée par des nécessités d’intérêt général majeur, dans des conditions définies par décret en Conseil d’État. »
