Summary

Après l’alinéa 4, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 3° L’article L. 642‑1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est ainsi modifié : « a) Au premier alinéa, le mot : « douze » est remplacé par le mot : « six » ; « b) Après le premier alinéa, il est inséré l’alinéa suivant : « La réquisition pour les locaux vacants de plus de six mois et moins de douze mois ne donne pas lieu à la rétribution prévue aux articles L. 641‑8, L. 641‑9 et L. 642‑16. »
