Après l’alinéa 21, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « En complément de ces dispositions, l’État et les administrations publiques assurent l’articulation entre la politique d’installation-transmission et les politiques de protection sociale des exploitants agricoles, de sorte de garantir des conditions de vie décentes, et un socle de protection suffisant pour les exploitants agricoles et leurs familles. Cette coordination vise à rendre l’installation et la transmission des exploitations agricoles plus attractives, en assurant une équité de droits entre tous les exploitants agricoles, actifs comme retraités. »
