Summary

Le huitième alinéa de l’article L. 511-11 du code de la construction et de l’habitation est ainsi modifié : 1° Les mots : «, dès lors qu'il est sécurisé et ne constitue pas un danger pour la santé ou la sécurité des tiers, » sont supprimés ; 2° Après la première occurrence des mots : « les mesures prescrites », les mots : « n’est plus » sont remplacés par le mot : « reste » ; 3° Après les mots : « aux frais de cette personne, », sont insérés les mots : « les mesures prescrites et ».
