Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 9, après la première occurrence du mot : « projet », insérer les mots : « ayant pour objet principal la transformation en logements de locaux vacants précédemment affectés à un usage de bureaux et ». II. – À ce même alinéa, supprimer les mots : « située dans la limite du territoire couvert par l’opération d’intérêt national de La Défense ». III. – À ce même alinéa, substituer au nombre : « 20 000 » le nombre : « 1 000 ». IV. – Compléter ce même alinéa 9 par la phrase suivante : « Le certificat ne peut être délivré que si au moins 25 % des logements locatifs prévus par le projet sont des logements sociaux conformément à l’article L. 302‑5 du code de la construction et de l’habitation. »
