Summary

Après l’alinéa 26, insérer les quatre alinéas suivants : « 1° A Après le premier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le bailleur est tenu de fournir au locataire un logement garantissant un niveau minimal de confort thermique en période estivale. » « 1° B Il est ajouté un e ainsi rédigé : « e) D’installer, à la demande du locataire, des protections solaires mobiles extérieures et un brasseur d’air dans les pièces de vie. Lorsque ces installations sont impossibles en raison de contraintes techniques, juridiques ou patrimoniales, le bailleur installe un dispositif d’occultation des fenêtres et met à disposition du locataire un ventilateur mobile. Les conditions d’application du présent alinéa sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
