Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant l’opportunité de plafonner le montant annuel du salaire maximal ou de la rémunération maximale appliqué dans agence ou opérateur de l’État calculé en intégrant tous les éléments fixes, variables ou exceptionnels de toute nature qui la composent, de manière à ce qu’il ne puisse être supérieur à dix fois le montant annuel du salaire le plus faible versé dans la même agence ou opérateur. »
