Summary

I. – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 4, substituer au mot : « reprenant » les mots : « désigné pour reprendre ». II. – En conséquence, après la même première phrase, rédiger ainsi la fin de l'alinéa 4 : « Avant la reprise effective ou dans un délai raisonnable après cette reprise, le juge valide la reprise de l’exercice de la mesure de protection par la personne désignée ou procède à une nouvelle désignation dans les conditions prévues à l’avant-dernier alinéa du présent article. La personne reprenant l’exercice de la mesure de protection établit les formalités prévues aux articles 503 et 510 du présent code. »
