Après l’alinéa 20, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « La déclaration est révoquée de plein droit en cas de plainte ou de signalement au procureur de la République à l’encontre du beau-parent pour des faits de violences intrafamiliales, de violences sexuelles ou d’inceste commis sur la personne de l’enfant, d’un autre mineur sur lequel il exerce une autorité de droit ou de fait, ou du parent de l’enfant. »
