Rédiger ainsi le début de l’alinéa 8 : « Dans le cas mentionné au deuxième alinéa, le consentement éclairé de la personne protégée doit être recherché en l’informant, par tous les moyens adaptés à sa situation et en veillant à sa compréhension, avant que l’habilité désigné ne reprenne effectivement l’exercice de la mesure de protection. Dans le cas où une opposition de la personne protégée est formulée, le juge peut désigner la ou les personnes qui exerceront la mesure de protection en tenant compte des volontés de la personne protégée. La personne reprenant... (le reste sans changement) ».
