Après l’article 148 du Règlement, il est inséré un article 148‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. 148‑1. – Une pétition peut avoir pour objet une demande de mise à l’ordre du jour d’une proposition de loi ou d’une proposition de résolution déposée à l’Assemblée nationale. À partir de 500 000 pétitionnaires domiciliés dans trente départements ou collectivités d’outre‑mer au moins, la Conférence des présidents se prononce sur l’inscription à l’ordre du jour de la proposition de loi ou de la proposition de résolution visée par la pétition. »
