Summary

Dans un délai de six mois après la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant la possibilité de mise en place d’un dispositif national de formation et de soutien aux habilités, curateurs et tuteurs familiaux intégrant entre autres les modalités d’accompagnement des majeurs protégés dans le respect de leurs droits, de leur volonté et de leurs préférences. Ce rapport évalue les besoins en information et accompagnement des habilités, curateurs et tuteurs familiaux et propose des pistes de financement en priorisant l’établissement de recettes nouvelles.
