Après l’alinéa 6, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « c) Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Un rapport peut être établi à l’issue des visites de contrôle et communiqué aux autorités publiques compétentes, afin qu’elles émettent leurs observations sur les faits constatés. Chaque assemblée compétente tient un registre des visites effectuées. Ce registre rend compte de chaque visite ainsi que des rapports et observations des autorités concernées, dans le respect des règles de confidentialité applicables. » »
