Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 3, après le mot : « victime », insérer les mots : « , réalisée dans les conditions prévues à l’article 706‑52 par des enquêteurs spécialement formés au recueil de la parole des mineurs et, sauf impossibilité, au sein d’une unité d’accueil pédiatrique enfance en danger ou de locaux adaptés, ». II. – En conséquence, compléter l’alinéa 5 par la phrase suivante : « Cette information est renouvelée à l’expiration de chaque nouvelle période de trois mois jusqu’à la clôture de l’enquête. »
