Summary

I. – Le chapitre III du titre III du livre I er du code général de la fonction publique est complété par un article L. 133‑4 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 133‑4. – Un agent public estimant être victimes de faits d’agressions sexuelles, de harcèlement sexuel ou d’agissements sexistes a le droit de bénéficier, à sa seule demande et après avis du médecin du travail, d’aménagements de son poste et de son temps de travail, tels que la réduction ou la réorganisation de son temps de travail. » II. – Après l’article L. 1153‑2 du code du travail, il est inséré un article L. 1153‑3 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 1153‑3. – Sans préjudice des deux premiers alinéas de l’article L. 1153-2, tout salarié estimant être victimes de faits d’agressions sexuelles, de harcèlement sexuel oud’agissements sexistes a le droit de bénéficier, à sa seule demande et après avis du médecin du travail, d’aménagements de son poste et de son temps de travail, tels que la réduction ou la réorganisation de son temps de travail. »
