Summary
Le 1° du A de l’article 278‑0 bis du code général des impôts est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Les produits destinés à l’alimentation humaine mentionnés au A du présent article, dès lors qu’ils sont portionnables et peuvent être vendus et achetés sous forme d’une bouchée en portion individuelle, sont soumis au taux normal de la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée fixée au présent article. « Les modalités d’application de cette mesure sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’État. »
