Summary

Après l’alinéa 70, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’État veille au maintien du contrôle national sur les principales capacités de l’industrie militaire terrestre nécessaires pour satisfaire ses besoins en matière de défense. Cette vigilance s’exerce en particulier à l’égard de l’entreprise KNDS ; en cas d’évolution de l’actionnariat susceptible de remettre en cause ce contrôle, il prend toutes les mesures nécessaires pour le préserver, y compris, le cas échéant, par le rachat de participations détenues par des partenaires étrangers. »
