Summary

À la fin du premier alinéa de l’article L. 212‑9 du code de l’environnement, les mots : « après avis ou sur proposition de la commission locale de l’eau » sont remplacés par les mots : « soit après avis ou sur proposition de la commission locale de l’eau, soit lorsque cette révision est nécessaire à la réalisation d’un projet d’avenir agricole tel que défini au II de l’article L. 611‑1‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime. »
