Summary

L’article L. 227‑1 du code de la sécurité intérieure est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Tout ressortissant étranger qui a fréquenté de manière récurrente un lieu de culte ayant fait l’objet d’une mesure de fermeture prise en application du présent article, ou qui viole cette mesure de fermeture, fait l’objet d’une mesure d’expulsion. »
