Summary

Après l’alinéa 25, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « La France doit être une des nations cheffes de file dans le domaine de l’adaptation aux dérèglements climatiques. Cela peut en outre devenir un levier d’influence majeur sur la scène internationale. « À mesure que les ressources naturelles diminuent, les conséquences géostratégiques de ces bouleversements risquent d’être dramatiques pour la France. Cette situation nous oblige à préparer des accords internationaux, notamment avec nos voisins directs pour pallier ces catastrophes. De plus, les armées françaises doivent être formées à ces nouveaux enjeux de même que la population, les autorités publiques et les collectivités. »
