Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur la gestion et la gouvernance des stocks stratégiques de produits pétroliers en France. Ce rapport traite notamment de l’efficacité du dispositif actuel et de la pertinence de la gouvernance effectuée par la société anonyme de gestion des stocks de sécurité, ainsi que des voies et moyens permettant de renforcer le contrôle public sur la disponibilité et la mobilisation de ces stocks.
