Compléter cet amendement par l’alinéa suivant : « IV. – L’agent ayant fait usage de son arme, que ce soit par le tir ou par le retrait de celle‑ci de son étui au cours d’une intervention, ne pourra utiliser son arme, hors les situations de légitime défense prévues à l’article 122‑6 du code pénal, qu’après avoir justifié une formation à l’usage proportionné de la force, les alternatives au tir et le cadre juridique de la légitime défense. »
