Summary

Après l’alinéa 6, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « « Si les emplois soumis à la même obligation ne sont pas occupés par au moins 40 % de personnes de chaque sexe dans les trois versants de la fonction publique, les nominations peuvent également concerner jusqu’à 60 % de personnes du sexe sous-représenté. Le présent alinéa s’applique jusqu’au 1 er janvier 2027. » ;
