Summary

Dans un délai de six mois à compter de la promulgation de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet un rapport au Parlement évaluant l’opportunité et les modalités d’abaissement de la durée de service obligatoire des lauréats de concours à affectation en région métropolitaine ayant leur centre d’intérêts matériels et moraux dans un territoire ultra-marin, et qui émettent le vœu, de façon répétée, de retourner, par voie de mutation, dansleur territoire d’origine.
