Rédiger ainsi cet article : « Dans un délai d’un an à compter de la publication de la présente loi, le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport sur le coût réel du stationnement au sein des établissements publics de santé. « Ce rapport propose notamment un plan d’internalisation de la gestion du stationnement ainsi qu’une interdiction de délégation de ce service. À ce titre, le rapport évaluera le coût de la résiliation législative de l’ensemble des conventions en cours ainsi que le coût de la gratuité totale des parkings des établissements publics de santé. »
