Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 3232‑8 du code de la santé publique, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les produits soumis à l’obligation du « Nutri‑score », défini par voie règlementaire, doivent comprendre la mention « Ultratransformé », apposée de manière explicite et lisible, lorsqu’ils répondent aux critères définis par l’Organisation mondiale de la santé. Cette mention et ses contours sont définis par décret pris en associant au moins l’Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale ainsi que Santé publique France. »
