Summary

Après l’alinéa 3, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I  bis . – Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de prévention de la production de déchets fixés par la loi, le recours aux emballages groupés ou aux emballages secondaires est interdit, sauf pour des raisons sanitaires ou de protection du produit. Un décret précise les modalités d’application de cette interdiction. Il définit notamment les cas pour lesquels le recours aux emballages groupés peuvent être autorisés. »
