Après l’alinéa 15, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « « Les opérations de réhabilitation de logements bénéficiant d’un concours financier de l’Agence nationale pour la rénovation urbaine garantissent la mise en accessibilité de l’ensemble des logements concernés, ainsi que de leurs accès et de leurs parties communes, à toutes les personnes en situation de handicap. Toute impossibilité technique de satisfaire à cette obligation est dûment justifiée par le maître d’ouvrage et fait l’objet d’un avis conforme du représentant de l’État dans le département, après consultation de la commission consultative départementale de sécurité et d’accessibilité. » »
