Summary

Après l’alinéa 13 insérer les alinéas suivants : «VII. – Dans le périmètre de développement du logement, aucune opération de démolition, de restructuration lourde ou de changement d’usage d’un immeuble d’habitation ne peut être autorisée sans qu’ait été préalablement garantie la continuité du droit au logement des locataires régulièrement occupants. « Lorsque le projet conduit au départ temporaire ou définitif des occupants, le maître d’ouvrage garantit : « 1° Une information individuelle préalable des locataires ; « 2° Une proposition de relogement adaptée à leurs besoins et à leurs ressources, située prioritairement dans la même commune ou, à défaut, dans le même établissement public de coopération intercommunale ; « 3° Le maintien d’un niveau de loyer et de charges compatible avec celui du logement quitté ; « 4° La prise en charge des frais directement liés au relogement. « Un décret en Conseil d’État précise les modalités d’application du présent article. » »
