Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 1, substituer au taux : « 19 % », le taux : « 21 % » ; II . Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 2 : « l’article 53 de la loi n° 2004‑1484 du 30 décembre 2004 de finances pour 2005 est ainsi modifié : » III. – Substituer à l’alinéa 3 les quatre alinéas suivants : « Le quatrième alinéa du I est ainsi rédigé : « Cette fraction de taux est fixée à 9,45 %. » « Au cinquième alinéa, l’année : « 2003 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2023 » ; « Les sixième à huitième alinéas sont supprimés. » « Les II et III sont abrogés. » III. – Compléter l’article par l’alinéa suivant : « Au second alinéa du 5 quater l’article 1001 du code général des impôts, le taux : « 33 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 36 % ». »
