Summary

Après l’alinéa 43 insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Dans un délai de douze mois à compter de la promulgation de la loi n° du actualisant la programmation militaire pour les années 2024 à 2030 et portant diverses dispositions intéressant la défense, Le Gouvernement remet au Parlement un rapport évaluant le surcoût financier que représenterait, pour l’ensemble des armées, le basculement vers un standard de cryptographie résistant aux technologies quantiques. Ce rapport précise également les délais nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d’un tel basculement, ainsi que les principales contraintes techniques et industrielles associées. »
