Summary
Le chapitre III du titre I er de la première partie du livre I er du code général des impôts est complété par une section XXIV ainsi rédigée : « Section XXIV « Taxe additionnelle aux droits d’enregistrement et taxe de publicité foncière « Art. 235 ter ZH. – Est perçue au profit de l’État une taxe additionnelle aux droits d’enregistrement ou à la taxe de publicité foncière exigibles sur les mutations à titre onéreux d’immeubles ou aux droits immobiliers situés sur le territoire national dont le taux est fixé à 0,01 % dès le 1 er janvier 2026. »
