Summary

Après le chapitre II du titre premier de la première partie du livre premier du code général des impôts, il est inséré un chapitre II bis ainsi rédigé : « Chapitre II bis « Impôts sur les rachats d’actions « Art. 223 V . – Il est établi un impôt dont sont redevables les sociétés et autres personnes morales désignées à l’article 206, assis sur les montants désignés au b de l’article 111. Son taux est fixé à 1 %. « Cet impôt est contrôlé et recouvré comme l’impôt sur les sociétés et sous les mêmes garanties et sanctions. »
