Summary

L’article 793 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Le 3° du 1 est ainsi modifié : – Au premier alinéa, les mots : « des trois-quarts » sont remplacés par les mots : « de la moitié » ; – Il est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :« La fraction de l’exonération est portée aux trois-quarts lorsque le groupement forestier prend l’engagement prévu à l’avant dernier alinéa du 2° bis du 2 ». 2° Le 2° du 2 est complété par quatre alinéas ainsi rédigés : « La fraction de l’exonération prévue au premier alinéa est portée aux trois-quarts lorsque l’héritier, le légataire ou le donataire prend l’engagement pour lui et ses ayants cause sur les terrains concernés de mettre en œuvre une gestion sylvicole contribuant significativement aux objectifs suivants : « a) augmenter le puits de carbone, en particulier dans les sols forestiers ; « b) améliorer l’état de conservation de l’habitat forestier. « Les conditions de cet engagement et de son attestation sont définies par décret. »
