Après l’alinéa 381, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « - la création d’un fichier européen des interdictions de territoire, intégrant les obligations de quitter le territoire prononcés par l’un des pays de l’Union européenne au sein du SIS II. Ce fichier sera alimenté par les décisions de chaque état membre, afin d’éviter la délivrance de titres à ces personnes. »
