Summary

I. – À la fin l’alinéa 6, supprimer les mots : « , sauf mention explicite, dans un document annexé au contrat ou à l’accord‑cadre, du choix des parties de se référer à d’autres indicateurs ainsi que des raisons de ce choix, lesquelles doivent être objectives, vérifiables et fondées sur des éléments économiques relatifs aux matières premières agricoles, aux intrants agricoles ou aux coûts énergétiques, sans pouvoir conduire à un prix inférieur aux coûts pertinents de production. ». II. – En conséquence, compléter le même alinéa 6 par la phrase suivante : « La borne minimale s’applique aux produits français et aux produits importés. »
