Summary

I. – Le V de l'article L. 213‑10‑9 du code de l’environnement est ainsi modifié : 1° Au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « dans la limite des plafonds suivants » sont remplacés par les mots : « sans pouvoir être fixé en-deçà des seuils suivants ». 2° Le tableau du troisième alinéa est ainsi rédigé : Usages Catégorie 1 Catégorie 2 Consommateurs 4 7 Agriculture 4 7 Industrie 4 7 Energie 1,5 3 3° Au quatrième alinéa, le mot : « plafonds » est remplacé par le mot :« seuils ».
