Après le II de l’article L. 133‑26 du code monétaire et financier, il est inséré un II bis ainsi rédigé : « II bis . – Lorsque plusieurs demandes de paiement concernant la même opération de paiement ont été rejetées, le prestataire de services de paiement rembourse à l’utilisateur les frais perçus au titre de ces incidents au-delà du montant prélevé au titre du premier rejet. »
