Summary

Après l’alinéa 9, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « L’aménagement de sols au bénéfice d’une construction d’habitat individuel ou collectif, lorsque celui-ci est réalisé sur une parcelle dont la surface est inférieure à un certain seuil, distinct pour l’habitat collectif et pour l’habitat individuel, fixé par décret, n’est pas considérée comme de l’artificialisation pour le respect de l’objectif fixé au II du présent article. »
